The Licensor hereby grants you the right to copy, modify, create derivative
works, redistribute, and make use of the Licensed Work for any use, subject

1. Additional Use Grant:
   You may use the Licensed Work for "Personal Use" only.

   "Personal Use" is defined as use by an individual for non-profit,
   private, or educational purposes.

   You may NOT use the Licensed Work for any "Commercial Purpose" without
